I never did enjoy History while in grade school because it seemed just a bunch of names and dates to memorize. Now at 81 I find I enjoy all the novels based on American history I can find. I wanted to find an older American History book to refresh my memory. I hate to see our education system being able to change out history to suit political purposes.
