About the Author
Carmella Van Vleet is the author of several books for Nomad Press including Amazing Ben Franklin Inventions You Can Build Yourself, Explore Ancient Egypt!, Seven Wonders of the World, and Great Ancient Egypt Projects You Can Build Yourself. These are the best books for our home school unit studies

These are the best books for our home school unit studies. I don't do all the projects but to pick several and they are easy and not a lot of special supplies. It is a wonderful supplement to any home school family to add an element of "fun" to learning history. We have really enjoyed this series!

Another great informational and activity resource. Its partner book about Ancient Greece is equally as satisfying. The activities are simple enough to complete in one class period by ages 6 and up, but really bring the concepts to life. Just wonderful!
