Simple guide to better understanding the Swiss (if that's possible)

After living 25 years in Switzerland, I saw that this small publication had been tranlated into English. I guess I could have read the book in French but I didn't know it existed. It is a very quick read but provides some basic history and insight into Switzerland. It is what it is. Now happily back living in USA.
